The story of adcobo

gda: was founded by Henrik Balle Boysen and has since focused primarily on consulting assignments for both patient associations and Danish companies in the B2B sector.

HAE International will be our first client. We will be responsible for administering and running the daily operations of this patient organization (NGO).

Carmé was founded by Ole Frølich as a digital agency focusing on web solutions and online presence for organizations and companies.

gda: becomes adcobo Ltd.

Carmé becomes Carmé ApS.

adcobo ApS is moving to larger office premises at Strandkærvej 30 in Horsens and expanding the organization.

adcobo ApS now has 7 employees, and Carmé ApS has 2 employees.

adcobo receives his first Gazelle Stock Exchange

adcobo ApS needs more space and moves to new offices at Vejlevej 16 in Horsens.

Carmé ApS is moving to new offices at Kastetvej 44 in Aalborg.

The two companies now have a total of 11 employees.

Carme ApS and adcobo ApS merges into one unified company. Ole and Henrik both continue as owners and partners in a new and stronger company adcobo ApS. At the same time, Jørn Schultz-Boysen joins the management as the company's COO and CDO.

With a focus on strengthening and further developing our Aalborg branch, we are moving to new premises at Gråbrødregade 10 in Aalborg.

We are proud to receive our second Gazelle Stock Exchange

We start the year with 16 employees. Our clients are NGOs and private companies in both Europe and the USA. We support them with Digital Development, Online Presence, Consulting Services, Graphic Design and Event Management. We look forward to expanding our reach further and collaborating with many new clients.

As we prepare for our 13th International Conference of HAEi in Rome, we are full of energy – both from the results we have already created and the opportunities that lie ahead. Each conference strengthens our global network and makes us even stronger as a team.

adcobo is named Successful Company 2025 – a business award presented by Spar Nord and BDO.

Mark Anthony ApS becomes part of adcobo ApS. This merger strengthens adcobos position as a creative and value-driven development and consulting company and adds a completely new business area with a focus on motivation, coaching and development of corporate culture.

For the third time, receiving adcobo en Gazelle Stock Exchange

We celebrated together across several cities and represented adcobo in Aalborg, Aarhus and Copenhagen.

In connection with the merger with Mark Anthony ApS, adcobo again and establishes its third office in the historic Rialto building in Frederiksberg.
